Hey TFW05,

I have 13 Optimus Primes. (Or 13 Optimi) and I am on a quest. My Goal is to have 1 Optimus Prime that represents each series/interpretation of him best. A self made "head-canon" tells me a story of the multiple universes that the Transformers exist in, meet and Masterpiece Prime is the Core Prime, that helps establish the "Prime" directive.

However I am now at a loss, I don't know what next to get.

I am not interested in Galaxy Force/Cybertron Prime I'm not Interested in Energon Prime.

With that in mind, what series should I invest time in next, and what toy of Optimus Prime should I get that represents said series?
Below is a list and pictures of what Optimi I have.






(ignore the FE SDCC Prime He's just there because of the matrix, I have FE Voyager Prime)

3. Generations Deluxe - War For Cybertron Universe
4. Voyager HFTD - Movie Universe
5. Knight Morpher Commander - Hearts of Steel Universe
6. Optiaim (targetroid) - Targetmaster Alternate Reality (Personal interp)
7. Masterpiece US Release - Core Universe Optimus (Meaning the origin)
8. Voyager FE - Transformers Prime Universe
9. G1 Reissue - G1 Universe
10. Kreon - Kreo Universe
11. Armada Deluxe - Armada Universe
12. Animated Voyager - Animated Universe
13. Bot Shots - Bot Shots Universe ​

 

I say a Powermaster Optimus might be a good one to get. Also, there is the Prime Optimus Maximus coming out, which would look nice on a shelf such as this.

 

I don't think I see an MP-10 in there. I just got him, and he is AWESOME! Aside from the G1 prime that I love for nostalgia purposes, the MP-10 is the best Optimus I have seen. He totally rocks.

 

Unless I am mistaken, you don't have First Edition Voyager Optimus Prime. You have SDCC Matrix of Leadership deluxe Optimus Prime.

Personally, I think Cybertron Leader Optimus is the best and most diverse Optimus mold of all time, so that's one I'd recommend.

The Main reason why Is I want Optimi in the Voyager/deluxe range.

I've seen Galaxy Force and He's a bit too big for my liking. He's a nice toy.

That's a pretty wicked collection theme you have going there!  

Don't know if I have anything new to suggest...RiD Optimus was posted. He might be too big for you, so then may want the Titanium version.

Here are some ideas I had to spin off your multiverse-canon:

God Ginrai - using Optimus Prime's transtector. Or, just Powermaster Optimus Prime from an alternate G1. (Apparently some of the big TF UK fans considered him a separate character just "descended" from the original Optimus...it could be argued.)

Optimal Optimus - borrowing Optimus Prime's spark

Rodimus Prime - Ok a BIIIIIIG stretch, but believe it or not, in Time Wars Optimus refers to Rodimus as his future self! Not really what you are looking for though...plus if you include any Matrix-holder it just throws open the floodgates.

Shattered Glass Optimus Prime - He's an alt-universe Optimus, just like the train guy. Be prepared to shell out stupid moneys though.

Nemesis Prime (mammoth) - Pretty sure that in his backstory he is a defeated alternate Optimus. Unicron ate his universe and corrupted him. There are a couple other toys that represent this guy too.

Alternity Optimus Prime - Don't each of these represent yet another hyper-powered guy, each chosen from a different G1 splinter timeline? Maybe the Wiki can make sense of it. There is also Alternators Optimus Prime, but I forget his backstory.

 

I am interested in these 4 so far.

Alternity Optimus Prime, Alternators Optimus Prime, RiD Optimus, and Hybrid Style Galaxy Convoy.

I am really appreciating the suggestions, keep them coming!

 

This guy is a very cool figure.

...and this one is not, unless you do the leg mod. The other problem is that the Alternators version looks cheap because of all the missing paint and detail. Binaltech looks vastly better, but I've never looked into whether the leg mod is even possible on it, thanks to the die-cast. Maybe someone else knows.

But yeah, you can't lose with the Alternity Convoy. Very nice looking.
