Hey ima gonna bash this dinosaurbot from the dinosaur store. wanting to perhaps change the head attempt to articulate the legs and change the color scheme. anyone have any ideas on color. he will be a predicon to go along with magmatrons army. so through the ideas at me. im thinking of naming him vomit not sure i will be able to make the legs better or not and the frill is freaking huge on him.
...maybe split the frill, then ball joint the halves to become wings... that'd give you the option to drop the head into a chest-piece
I like the idea, but the name needs work. Don't get me wrong Vomit is okay, but I think it should be better. Well I have some on the top of my head. Here are as follows: Disgustor Pukez Right now those are the two I came up with, but I'll think of more and post them asap.
You're on the right track.I bought one of these and if you split the frill(carefully)to the neck,it comes right off.It also fits on the outer claw so it can be used as a shield.
Ah, so he's gonna be based on the fictional Jurassic Park dilopohosaurus? Off the top of my head, I'm thinking a golden brown for most of the hide, fading into a cream coloured underbelly, with darker brown striping and blending into red on the neck frill and crest, as if they're gorged with blood. I'm guessing since in JP, the dilophosaurus spat some kind of poison, then in this case he'd be hawking something like a corrosive or an incendiary liquid? To be honest, I'm having trouble coming up with a better name than Vomit; I even tried looking up synonyms for it and 'spit' etc, and came up dead. Unless you like Lugey?
You might also be able to make an apparatus (a la Deathwing) that would hold the frill facing forward, then carry the frill behind the head for the wings. Obviously this could be likewise used to create a shield...
...maybe the name of Toxic, biohazard, Burnspray... Maybe a Hackers throwback with Acid Burn ...or foodie shoutout like Sonic Blast... dunno, just throwin' em out there...

Reflux & acid burn ain't bad... I dunno... I just don't like anything that sounds vulgar. Granted it's a spitting weapon, but that doesn't/shouldn't require it to be retch-inducing. We might be missing some wicked possibilities here too, like more to do with spray synonyms/metaphors/allusions than spitting...
What about Spittor ? He is a Dilophosaurus and most kids called the things spiters when we were little 'cuz we saw Jurassic Park. lolzrs. Also why does a Dilophosaurus have a Velociraptor claw on it's foot??

Why not? It's got the neck frill, and they didn't have them, either... It's not quite as prominent as the velociraptor etc claws, anyway...
