so with the newest set of movie spoilers LINK I got to thinking. It seems that the All spark is a device that terraforms worlds for mechanical life by Harvesting the nearest suns energy and using it to turn the world into a machine planet like Cybertron.

Now this got me thinking Cybertron is dying and we know that at some point thanks to the colouring book that the fallen aims some beam at the sun. So by connecting the dots it would seem that the evil plan at hand is to turn Earth into a 2nd cybertron?

Well that's my theory any one want to give their 2 cents?

That sounds pretty accurate. That would be the plan since Cybertron is dying. It's definitely a plan I can Megatron enjoying too, as it would mean that people would die out as well.

I had a very similar thought.

And I love it because it's a very cartoony goal for the 'Cons.

That's exactly what I thought after reading this. Or rather, the Allspark fragment is like the Vector Sigma key, maybe.

The "roboforming" of Earth into New Cybertron is a pleasingly G1 cartoon-ish idea and fits in well with Megatron's desire (stated through the Autobots and Sam in TF1) to turn Earth's machines into more Decepticons.

I don't recall that in the cartoon, though it is in Marvel and IDW (maybe Dreamwave, all that hinting before their cancellation). It adds some depth rather than just Primus creating mechanical life.

Here's some food for thought: since the AllSpark was not just limited to Cybertron, does this mean Primus might not even exist in this continuity? He couldn't have created the TFs, though he could be responsible for the AS, unlikely since it has flown to many worlds. If he was even included in the future (I'd like to see Unicron first though), where would he fit in?

You could even take a step farther to if you really wanted to.

Humans have a thing for technology and the more they advance the more they cover the planet with steel and concrete. So could the humans have been influenced into starting this plan of turning the Earth into something like Cybertron. Pawns without ever knowing they were pawns in a plan to convert the Earth.

Even in medicine we've been advancing the notion of replacing failed body parts with technology so perhaps the combination of the Fallen and the Spark on Earth on some level caused humans to becoming more machine like themselves.

Kind of cool and creepy at the same time if you think about it too hard.

While that would be awesome, i think its to twilight zone-ish for the movie-verse.

ths is very confusing but i only think so cause i am a die hard fan. it wont be a g1 theory and backstory and to me that sucks i love the g1 story with primus, unicron, galvaron an vector sigma but any new story is good as long as things are realistic. i know that is what bay wanted and i know that you can't fake that with acting good luck and lets be safe out there

its like 5 different episodes turned into one awesome sequel... they couldnt have done any better.

And ye its basically the equivalent of the key to vector sigma... whether they meant to do that or not.

Which would explain the presence of Alpha Trion (icecream truck), because he is ALSO a key to vector sigma!!!

*relax guys im kidding i know its the twins... or is it?
