Amazon's MP Sideswipe is also slated to come out later this year as is Soundwave (Does Red Alert have one? Can't remember seeing one). Million Publishing Artfire is also coming out end of the year.

 

Until I see a proper announcement or pictures of that figure I will not be including it.

I also omitted Orion Pax and Thundercracker Prime TRU Exclusives until some definitive proof.

 

There've also been at least nine exclusive minicons released in Japan so far, though since those are freebies based on purchases at certain stores or given away for free at conventions I'm not sure if you were counting them:

There is going to be a clear red version of the Gashapon micron Optimus Prime Blaster that's a magazine mail-in later this year, but I can't remember which magazine off the top of my head.

 

I don't see pre-BW Depth Charge in the TFCC line.
I also don't see BC 2012 Longarm/Shockwave.
Universal Studios Hollywood BB and Optimus are just repacks.

It's already been scheduled for release down here in Australia...

Out of all of them the ones I will be getting are: TRU MP Prime, Japan TRU Battle shield Prime, MP-11S pre-ordered and hopefully a FOC Bruticus SDCC or Amazon versions.

 

The Universal figures are Variant / Exclusive packaging so they stay.

Depth Charge is the TFCC 2013 Incentive figure. Not part of 2012.
