Probably doesn't help where Bee I find except in Operation Bumblebee, I can never really understand his body language and stuff, he lackas all the things Soundwave has that makes silence golden.

 

BB works so well because he is youth personified (i.e., inexperience, hot-headed, questions orders, etc.) for the Autobots and because in the pantomime gestures demanded of his non-speaking character, he is forced to emote and work his wiles on the audience in other ways. Granted, if he spoke he'd probably be 1000X more likeable, but the very fact that he rarely speaks and instead emotes through his actions is a hearty testament to how powerful his charm and character are.

 

To Me I just see a waste of a roster spot in a already limited show.

 

If something like that is pulled off like the (almost) ending of Jungle Fever, then it'd be pretty good.

This revelation amuses me so much. Other than that fact that I actually kinda like Bee and his adorable personality.

And I'd be insta-sad for Raf. As much as the writers are pretty much grinding him out of the storyline, Raf still remains my favorite human.

I am getting crazy-tired of the "Bumblebee-No-Speaky" thing though.

 

Arguably (and I emphasize arguably) his emoting is also meant to appeal to young kids who still have trouble with language. Or as Starscream would put it, can't understand Optimus' pontificating.

Little kids like him so I say keep him in there for them. Not everyone are such sophisticated & experienced transfans like we are , don't want to get to greedy.
