there was a time when no one knew how to use photoshop. the thought of owning a .com name was just a dream. Rumors were extremely abundant since Hasbro didn't think we were anything special. We grew, though, into a very powerul force. what we have today is unbelieveable compared to our roots. Allow me to jolt your memories a little by introducing...

    the new and improved
    TFW2005

    the latest and greatest
    BeastMachines

    the best...
    BWTF

i've been attached to my computer ever since. :D

You know, its too bad a webarchive doesn't function like a literal time machine.

Because we could post stuff about the present and BLOW THE MINDS of people in the past.

EDIT: Good God, I remember the old Ezboard template. *brings back memories of Armada modding days*

That brings back memories; BWTF.com was the first Transformers page I found when I started getting interested again.

I wonder how many of those posters from the tfw2005 website are still around? I don't recognize any names. Did Super_Megatron used to be Super_Galvatron? Different guy or what? Who all was around then and is still here ( with maybe a different name? )

Haha, good times, good times. I think that BWTF was the first Transformers site I ever visited, back in 1997. Although it was called something else then and hosted somewhere else too. I remember that there were some screenshots from the yet to be released Beast Wars game.

I visited bwtf the first time right after Depth Charge made his debut on tv as a kid, good site. Only one I remembered after getting internet myself and then found all these other great tf sites.

nice to see some old timers still exist. anyone remember sitepowerup? i've got a huge list of old sites somewhere that i know half aren't around or updated anymore. one in paticular sticks our called axalon underground. when BM started airing it was a scramble to find sites with episodes for download and the old series itself was being found on the net too. Tfarchive.com and transfans.com were two awesome sites back then.

I love some of the "Confirmed" rumours about BM like Silverbolt being Thrust, Megs not knowing who his Generals were, Rhinox/Tankor following Megatron out of free will and of course, Blackarachnia's pyschic powers.

Man those bring back memories. I was not a poster at the site the, however I visited it on a regular basis then. I wanted the low quality Car Robots eps. badly then. I still have them on my HD.

I remember all of that. My God, I've been part of this community forever. I don't remember exactly when i started posting here, a little bit after that archive shows, but not much. I lurked, though.

    Good times.

Oh My Word! The Transfan Webring! It's been ages since I last saw it. I remember I used to jump from Transformer page to Transformer page using that Webring. Webrings seem to have fallen out of favour. But still, good memories.

As for the ol' TFW2005, though I visited the site, I never registered until its Transfandom days. I still remember the first time I posted was back when Trent Troop (Trentula was it?) posted the first rumours about the exciting new series "Armada". Boy did things turn out differently.
