Minor/Repaint: 85 Catalogue / Cartoon Astrotrain

    Well this was another project I have done; Ever since i saw the purple and gray Astrotrain in the 1985 Catalogue i have always wanted one. But the e-hobby version proved to hard to find and cost to much money so i made my own out of a Hasbro re-issue white Astrotrain.

    Has been painted with Tamiya spray paint so I don't really want to transform his as the paint is fragile in some areas.

    I am very pleased with the way he came out

    Will also be posting my latest project once i have finished painting everything

    I also really wanted the different colored Astrotrain as a kid. I love to see customs like that that evoke those fond childhood memories like this. It's even better when they're done up right. Great work man :thumb
