LOL, this thread just reminded me to post in the "Post your most recent TF purchase...." Just got me a MP16 Rumble/Buzzsaw from ImageAnime today. So if I have time tomorrow, I'll open them up and let them join with Ravage, Frenzy, and Soundwave.

They're from Revoltech figures I think?

 

I'm pretty sure they're Bandai effects parts, from either SHFiguarts or Super Robot Chogokin.

Revoltech never gets effects parts that good looking. Revoltech are rarely that good looking...

I've been meaning to ask: what's the deal with the pile-drivers plugged into Soundwave's side? I don't understand what that's supposed to be.

 

This recreates the famous scene where Soundwave had to batter some cybertronian dough into submission using Frumbles piledrivers lol...Nah in all serious it's just another gimmick that Takara thought up for the MP line,another way for MP Soundwave to interact with his MP cassettes weapons and create some kinda super piledriver arms/battery extension thingies?! Great images btw..can't wait for these guys to come!  

 

Anyone know when TFSource is expecting these?

Once these drop I get ALL my minions shipped to me. So So exciting. I'be been a Soundwave and Minion fan since 1984.

 

Its from the scene from the movie where Megatron tells Soundwave to playback Laserbeak's spy readings. The piledrivers are supposed to be the connections to the video monitor.
