Soundwave we knew about, and have even seen the pictures from his instruction sheet. Prowl, and what could be Hun-Grrr, are nice little surprises. I wonder if Prowl will be based on his MMO design, or if it'll be a new design. Hun-Grrr I could see being a repaint of Twinstrike.

 

and Prowl sounds like a really easy Smokescreen redeco.
since i Think Voyager Predaking would make a better Hunn Gurr, i kinda hope cyberverse Hunn Gurr is based off of Commander class Predaking, but i could see how SinnerTwinstrike could work

 

I sincerely hope Hun-Grrr is a Commander and not a mere Legion. Though I'm also hoping that the G1 Terrorcon team is that Cyberverse 5-pack that was mentioned at the UK toyfair and they can combine, but I guess that hope was a stretch.

I also find it amusing how many spellings of ol' HG there'll be ITT. There's already 3.

 

I really hope that's not the case for Prowl. Especially if Hun-Grrr turns out to be a repaint.

The listing clearly states that Hun-Grrr is a Legion class figure, so he's definitely not going to be based off of the Commander class Predaking.

A guy over on Seibertron.com said he saw computer listings for a legion class Hun-Grr around the time the wave 2 deluxes starting appearing online. If this is legit, perhaps he was right about the Deluxe class Dreadwing he mentioned as well.

 

Hun-Grrr, boo. I'm already happy with my Classics 2.0 one.

 

I don't think he'd fit too well on a TF Prime display, but to each their own. The more off screen characters the better. If they don't make bigger versions, then they're just Micromasters.

 

Hun Grrr is G1, Hunn Gurr is IIRC what Hasbro is now calling him based on MTME #12 where he is namedropped.

 

To our eyes? Yes. To my ears? No.

Both are bought on release. If Prowl is a repaint of Smokescreen then so be it, but on back to back waves?

 

No.

 

Every Terrorcon at least needs a deluxe class release, Best Hunters is a perfect place for them. But hey, I guess Legends is better than nothing and I'll show my support for the under lived guys since I'll only buy G1 homages in that size class.

I'd say the chances of Prowl being a repaint of Smokescreen is extremely likely.

Well shoot add another legion fig to the least of must haves this year. Didn't want to spend much this year, but if Hasbro keeps dropping homages like this left and right things are going to start adding up.  

 

First I've herd of these mystery pegs; can someone please provide pics of the pegs?

 

I can't imagine a Legends Hun-Grrr being better than the surprisingly poseable G1 figure. :/
