    Looks like he raised the price to $30,000.00 but needs 13,000 only.

    Actually it says he's 13 and needs $130,000.

    I have no idea what's going on with that, but I definitely wouldn't give that kind of scratch to a kid with 0 feedback, regardless of what's listed and why.

    the winner doesn't look 13, and barely old enough to have a 13 year old kid. the comedy engrish and ludicrous story don't seem remotely plausible either.. but all this speculation on whether it's a scam or not entirely misses the point - the figure is total crap, nobody in their right mind would want it :D
