The combiner concept hasn't been done right since G1. We'll see what happens with this one.

I'm not sure this will be a whole toyline, maybe they're just securing the name to hold onto/use for future figures. Either way it's good though, as it pretty much means more combiners.

Well, I don't feel so compelled to buy FoC Bruticus anymore to support more combiners.

Still hoping for that Menasor, though.

I'm hoping it'll be more like how FOC Bruticus and the Third party company combiners are like then the PPC figures.

Okay Hasbro, your Powercore Combiner line was more or less a flop with shitty QC and an automorph gimmick that worked about as well as an Xbox with Red Ring.

Hopefully you've learned your lesson. I'm interested in seeing how this turns out.

    More Powercore repaints!

Package front will be generic artwork with an illustration of SDCC Bruticus.

Here's hoping for a Generations Predaking. If they do Devastator, everyone's just going to compare it to Hercules and say that it's terrible.

We all thought when Hasbro applied for some Jem and the Holograms trademarks, they were just to secure the name. Today, after nearly half a year... it turns out Hasbro is about to release a new full toyline for the brand:

Lol...If FOC Bruticus, and the PCC line is any indication of what they will be offering, I'm not interested.

It's a shame too because I would like to buy officially updated G1 combiners, especially if they could offer the amount of detail and articulation TFC has.

You'd think with how successfull Hastak is...they could afford to devote the R&D and make some truely amazing combiners, kinda like an MP line.

If they did that, I think most fans would prefer to spend the money on something official. I love TFC and Hercules, but something official that could be not just an hommage but actual recreation is much more interesting to me as a collector.

Unfortunately...FOC Bruticus does not look to be the best start.

This should be good news! We really have to thank the guys at High Moon. They revived a lot of cool stuff from G1 that would have been retired otherwise (Beast alt modes, and combiners).

The majority of the PCC Commander figures were actually decent-to-excellent scout class figures, don't write them all off (except Double Clutch, he legitimately sucks)

A revival of an old 80's brand name...that I actually have no problem with. Maybe they'll make a new show for it too, the track record for new HUB original programming is pretty good so far.

Provided they aren't painted as terribly as the FOC ones, I might be interested in this line.
