    Just a heads up.

Discovered today that some Super Targets have their 6" Transformers Titanium line listed as "NCF" which is short for, basically, "Non Continue Forward" ... meaning it won't be replenished.

Dunno if this is *ALL* Targets, but found it at two today.

It could mean Target is not carrying the line, that it's not on their current Christmas modset, or that Hasbro is changing the assortment/UPC/whatever. Either way, getting your 6" Titanium may be tough after the Scourge/Optimal wave.

    kthxbye

It's been like that for awhile at the local Target. It could be due to the change from 4 toys to a case to 3 or something.

This is also true at my local 'standard' target.

    *Sigh*

NCF, or Non- Carry Forward means that the item won't carry forward to the next planogram transition. They should keep being replenished throughout the holidays until the next transition period, which is roughly around the 1st of the new year.

Best case scenario, the DPCI number for the assortment is changing and the 6" titaniums will get a new DPCI number, thus making the old one NCF.

Worst case scenario, well Kickback already laid that out.

EDIT: Oh well, looks like Kick laid out both scenarios I did. Guess I should read the whole post before writing up my own. Oh well, I usually only listen to half of what Kicback says anyways;)

Yay! more shelf space for better things!

Actually, it'd be a shame if the TWW Megatron never made it on the shelf.

This doesn't surprise me, but at the same time, I'm not upset. I only plan on getting one more of the 3" ones, and thats Cliffjumper. BTW, when is the wave of 3" Tit's that includes Cliffjumper supposed to come out? Peace out.

I usually find new 6" Titaniums at TRU first anyway.

Never fear... I'm sure your local K-mart will have them for a few bucks over retail. He might be sitting next to WWI Prime... but you might get him.

I don't think I've seen any in Wal-Mart. Guess TRU will be the only other place besides the net.

The packaging for them is being changed, though its not a huge change, its a change, Target is going to stop carrying the old assortments (Wave 1-3) and start carrying the news ones. The waves are restarting too (Entertainment Earth has the Rodimus/Soundwave wave listed under the name "Transformers Titanium Cybertron Heroes 2007 Wave 1"), so its like when the Alternators packaging has changed before. I heard from a friend that Target had started doing this about a month ago, lucky me I got my Scourge and OP OP before mine stopped carrying them. Here is said listing at EE.

There's always Wal-mart though. And I doubt this is permanent, probably more like a box and upc makeover, as stated. They'd be so dumb to just stop carrying them at this point considering some of the other garbage they pick up,

Just as long as I get my War Within Megatron *before* any possible discontinuation of the line. That's probably the figure out of all the lines - yes, even the Classics - I'm looking forward to the most.

It would be nice to still get the WW designs of Grimlock, Skywarp, Starscream & Sunstorm as well, but I'd be fine if they had to be sacrificed in place of Meg's.

Titanium Ultra Magnus, Soundwave, and Rodimus are the only ones coming up I'm interested in. The Fallen, while cool in robot mode, is still in jury on the vehicle mode.

I have never seen any Wal-Mart carry the 6" Tits. None of the three in my hometown and neither of the two near my university. It's just Target and TRU here (and maybe K-Mart, but I can't be buggered to check).

I'm sure this is just due to the packaging change, as was pointed out in the last thread that reported on the Tits being NCF. The line is too young to tank, and, at least in the Targets I visit, too successful. Titaniums linger at TRU, but they're selling very well at Target.

Considering that we already know that the packaging is changing, the case assortments are switching from 4 to 3, and from EE we know that the waves are re-setting with the Rodimus/Soundwave wave, I really think we have nothing to worry about. The same thing happened with Alternators when they went through packaging changes.

The only place I've seen the 6" guys around here is K-Mart, which weirds me out to no end.

My Target hasn't been nice to me since BWX wave 2. :(

I've seen 'em at 2 different WMs in the past two days. One had just a Megatron left, the other had Megs, Thundercracker, and Jetfire. Neither, OTOH, had any Classics, so the hunt for Mirage and Grimlock continues!
