Just picked up both Jetfire and Thundercracker today...will add the pics to next week's haul thread  

 

Sometimes it really sucks living down here.

 

Hope to see these in my area soon. After the good reports I've been hearing after the wave 1 problems, I'm excited about the 6 inch Titaniums again!

 

Both of them have made it to the Pittsburgh area!

 

FYI:

Have both in Michigan...Suburban Detroit area...picked both up at two different Targets: Thundercracker at the Target in Taylor and Jetfire this morning at a Target in Sterling Heights (there's about a 30 mile difference in stores).

Looks like by that stroke of luck that the Targets in the Detroit area here have received them and are putting them on shelves, so happy hunting.

On a lesser note: is there a difference in distribution for the figures? I've noticed a ton of Megatrons up here but very few Optimus figures, though I have seen the Optimus figure several times...I'm just noticing a disparity and wondering if Optimus was short-packed or something if someone could fill me in.

 

Optimus isn't shortpacked. He's just more popular.

 

Thundercracker in Aberdeen, MD Target still looking for Jetfire.

 

I just got them both at a Wal-mart in Burlington NC. It does not suck that bad. I usally find new stuff within the first couple of weeks of the first sighting, with a few exceptions.

 

Nope. In Wave one the case assortment was 2x Optimus and 2x Megatron. Wave two is 1x Optimus, 1x Megatron, 1x Jetfire, and 1x Thundercracker. It's just that Megatron is so terrible a lot of people are passing on him and only buying the Optimus.

 

Ok, that makes sense.

Glad to see they resolved the ball joint issue with the new releases (if they'd only tighten up the Alternators line...sick of ripping the arms off during Transformations). I've seen a couple of Megs in package with the arm disconnected and hanging from the wire around the waist, which just can't be good for sales.
