Damn, I want to see this....

Edit... a part of me wishes that there was an alternate universe where a second Transformers movie was made and shot like this. That would be a human element I could deal with. The complete unknown.

I may until it is on DVD. I don't want to get sick in the theater. Looks good still.

I think if I knew for sure that the monster wasn't going to be a 80 foot tall talking phallus ... I would be all about this movie.

Still looks cool though. The mystery is kinda fun, but now I just want to know!

Well the trailer (not these 5 minutes) showed a sillohette of some Wearwolf looking monster attacking someone. I was kinda disappointed that they showed that... but then again, that might have been a throwoff on purpose.

I like, but I don't. On one hand I like the way it's shot but on the other I want to see the monster, like properly see, which seems unlikely with this.

Not really fond of things that bring back traumatic memories but meh. Also shouldn't the statue of Liberty's head be alot bigger than that?

I really hope the whole movie isn't from a camcorder. Really.

I hope the movie will be seen from other perspectives as well, not only from a shaky camcorder. Also, as ILD pointed out, the Statue Of Liberty's head should be way bigger. I'm still curious about the movie and will probably go see it.

I believe that it is from the camcorder's perspective. And I gathered this from the trailer, so don't quote me, but I think that the original photographer dies, (not a spoiler just an observation) and others take up the camera, because there is a scene where the camera is on the floor and someone picks it up and keeps shooting.

That was pretty cool. Anyone else think the smoke/dust might be coming from the creature. It seems to be moving way too slowly for an impact blast.

If the creature is a parasite thing, what better way to infect other hosts than through the air?

Interesting, very interesting. I'm definetly going to go see this movie in the theatre when it comes out. I also agree that the statue of liberty's head should be bigger than that, or at least I think it should.

That werewolf looking shadow isn't the monster. I think that is one of it's spawns, maybe, I dunno. I think the monster is some sort of...MAYBE A SPOILER....... Whale type creature with tentacles.

Maybe not a spoiler, but being careful...

this movie looks kick ass! i've been following this since i saw the first teaser back when I saw transformers in theaters. Has anyone else been following the viral compain, like the slusho ads and ocean studies stuff? and yes, the whole movie is shot with the hand held camera, as the story behind it is the footage is footage the army has retrieved after the fact and they sit down to watch it or something like that and the whole movie WE see is what was recorded, nothing more.

From what I heard it's pretty much the correct size. Appearantly, Hollywood tends to increase the actual size on a regular basis.

I thought there was a restaruant in the Statue of Liberty's head? or at least people can go and view out of it. Now look at the people standing next to it looking at it in size comparison. Can u see people being able to stand inside it more than 3 at a time?
