    AWESOME! Gonna be following the progress for sure! I was thinking of making a simi-to scale Unicron head, however I have no room where I currently live :(  One day though...one day

    Thanks for the cool comments everybody! :rock  For something this size, I make the joints so that they can rotate and come off for shipping and storage as well. I use different size pvc-pipe and couplings, because they wedge together nicely and can still rotate. In Megatron's case, I will be using the same formula, but a hole & pin method in his shoulders so he can hold his arm up to point the illuminated cannon. ;)  You will be able to insert a pin, or a bolt to adjust the height of the arm using holes drilled in both the pipe and coupling. Sorta like adjusting a machine at the gym.
