Nope, nobody is forcing it on you.

Personally I approve, since not everyone will have every version of the mold, but some might still want the Headmaster for their version. Previous ones were matched for Hardhead, and while the TFCon one is awesome, it's a limited run not many will get to own.

Now watch this be a Kapow / BBTS shared exclusive

^ I think it's just Onslaught. Except as a Headmaster.

Still in maybe territory. I don't think I'd pay as much as I did for Stronghold ($40) for it. Is that visor translucent? Would be a plus. Probably is, considering the knife. Of course, it depends on if I actually spring for a Takara Onslaught.

 

I'm buying it because it's what I always whated. A transformer that can shank other transformers.

 

How much is this likely to cost? I bought the original Hothead set used so my old G1 Chromedome could have a real HM head, but I might buy this set for Onslaught, he looks so evil with it. And extra guns = good.

 

I wonder if this head would work on the ultra silverbolt body... Would work rather nicely with skyfall.

 

?? Easy pass. Enough already with Onslaught/Hardhead. Pick another robot and stick a head on IT.  

 

I dont get why robots need knives? Guns make sense knives do not. Go try to stab your car with a knife and see what is damaged more.

It's a heated/laser knife. Ask Optimus Prime how effective his swords were.

i think the drawn image shows a better colour for onslaught and the head for it does look like a regular onslaught. i might try to get this because i dont have any other headrobots.

those teasers! i thought it was a headmaster Snaptrap or Turtler ( y'know cuz its name is "butcher" as in butcher of the bogs, nyah? nyah?)aw well its just one less third party product i feel tempted to buy. :1

 

Awesome. Can't wait to display both my Hothead and Butcher beside each other. The TFCon one is tempting too. I just might have to pick it up to complete the set. This is absolutely one of my favorite molds.
