4096 x 2160 Sharp LCD Leaves 1080p in Dust

    That's some seriously high resolution. Problem is, very few things would even take advantage of that resolution. Awesome as it is, I can't see that being commonplace anytime soon.

    Daymn. I love it when video technology, printing technology, and the like get way past the point of human resolution.

    I still can't tell the difference between all these new TV's and the one I have at home from 1989

    they all look the same to me, unless all the floor models in futureshop aren't set up properly.

    I've also noticed a lot of TV's in stores today look worse then the one I have at home

    Well, futureshop never had HD feeds, they are way too cheap for that kinda stuff. Actually, only a few stores I have ever seen actually have an HD source.

    None of the stores I've seen ever have an HD signal going to the HD TV, just some DVD running from a player. And most peoples reaction is 'whats the difference?'

    Which all seems kind of stupid.

    guess I've never seen an HDTV do all it can do then

    do they make movies to work specifically for HDTV's? like could I go out and buy an HDTV and watch Finding Nemo or Spiderman in high def?

    Of course you will. Porn is at the forefront of video technology. They embraced home video first, they're practically the only thing to use viewing angles on DVD...

    Porn will be thr first thing on this TV!
