    Yep.

All birds are the closest living relatives to dinosaurs.

Cool beans. I wanted to be a Paleontologist until I was in middle school, but I still keep up with this sort of thing.

    Interesting creature.

Obligatory "let's see that as a Dinobot" comment.

Cool! Now, what are the chances of bringing one back to life, and would it be big enough to get a saddle on?

This isn't the first 4-winged dinosaur discovery. There was Microraptor in 2003 (Same family as Velociraptor).

Here's the new angle for Jurassic Park 4 - flying Velociraptors.

I'm not an expert in this, but lizards and dinosaurs share a common ancestor called Diapsids - one branch evolved into reptiles and another into dinosaurs.

Is anyone actually still teaching reptiles came from dinosaurs? :inquisiti

How did Dinosaurs evolve into anything if they were all obliterated by a giant asteroid? o_O

As long as the fossils come from China, I will not trust it. The first were proven false with CT scans, with even National geo printing a retratcion about 2 months later.

    Most interesting indeed.

Anyone here of that even older (This is like, the third new "Oldest" Rex relative) T.Rex ancestor named RaptorRex? It's like a T.Rex, but at 9 feet in length. I want one :D
