Okay, two things this thread is about:
    1. Have there ever been any Movieverse 3rd party products? I ask because I don't think there has been, but if there has, could somebody tell me what it was?
    2. If there hasn't been any, which I think there hasn't, how would you feel about 3rd party Movieverse figures? I know I would love it! I collect the Movieverse, that and Aligned are my favorite continuities, so to me it would be a very good thing. Something different from the usual G1 3rd party products, which, to be honest, the only one of those that interests me is Hercules, and I don't have the money for him right now. :(
So, tell me what you think! :)

Yes there has been. I think Starscream hands and Ironhide canons. And I think Crazy Devy made add ons for ROTF Devastator.

Currently, the FW-1 "Alien Jet" Leader Starscream weapons set, and the upcoming FW-2 weapons set for Leader Ironhide.

Also, some merchandising things, like Allspark and Matrix replicas, which were real 3rd Party items (as in, officially licensed).

And Radicons poster Fakebusker83 produces a lot of movie-based accessories via Shapeways.

About the only items I could see myself getting are better, larger figures of Blackout and Bonecrusher, since it's highly unlikely Hasbro/Takara will revisit them.

I thought I had heard about some, but I couldn't remember which things they had made. I think I might end up getting some of these products as my first 3rd party items, like the Starscream add-ons and Ironhide cannons, once I get those figures, that is!  Are those Matrix and Allspark replicas still available? If so, where?

    1) I don't think there are enough holes for there to be much a need for 3rd Party movie verse...about the only things I could think of are leader sized Bonecrusher and Blackout. 2) Would there be enough of a demand for it to be worth doing? I know I can't think of anything I'd be willing to pay 3rd Party prices for...not even the two examples I mentioned above.

*psst* check out the CHMS leader blackout thread. The aforementioned pieces are all valid as well.

I thought that was just a custom that was an idea for a figure? If it is really produced I'll probably wind up getting it to go with my other Movieverse characters.

i didn't follow the whole thread - i know the picture they showed was a custom, but thought there was still some indication that one was in the works. Nvm

It's entirely possibly CHMS would try to mooch the idea, just like they're purportedly doing with the Jizaitoys Galvatron.

And the probably proceed to absolutely fail at it, since CHMS's iffy quality levels probably won't handle that intricate design all that well.

This. And I wish someone would create some solid arms for ROTF leader Megatron. That's a figure that sucks mainly because of the arms.

Aside from that, I'm done with the movie verse... Only the HasTak figures interest me.

The TFC Gear of War 2 weapon had weapons for Movie Prime.

personally, i think Hasbro has the movie stuff covered, excessively...and rarely does G1 in inspired toys anymore...

i'd like to see 3rd parties exclusively stick to G1 TFs since Hasbro doesnt seem to care for it any longer...i'm glad 3rd parties seem to be catering to our desires...

We just got a new Black fucking Shadow.

    I rest my case.

Seriously dude? Hasbro temporarily suspends its G1 influenced line for a good portion of the year because they're focused on the movie stuff, as has been the pattern for every Movie year for the last five years, and you honestly think that they're never, ever going to come back to it?

    Yeesh. Impatient much?

Technically the Headrobots set of Bludgeon and Whirl are movie add ons, even if their purpose is to make them more classic-like.

There have been a couple movie and a couple animated, and even a few rare Beast Wars third party items. You can't blame a third party for trying something new.
