Good enough for me. And about friggin TIME! Glad they trade marked a new name (or is it an old one? There was no previous toy right?) instead of using Elita One.

Although I suppose the combined for will be called Elita One now.

As I recall, back in 2005, BotCon (and thus Hasbro) were unable to trademark Moonracer, which is why BotCon 2005 Chromia actually looks like Moonracer.

Surprising if this info is legit and they have since been able to trademark Moonracer.

In the movie the referred all 3 bikes as Arcee. The NEST dudes told Sideswipe for him and Arcee to go follow Sideways. The next scene they show Sideswipe with all 3 bikes chasing Sideways.

I'll file it under "rumour" for now. Rest of the info is legit, and it would make sense, but FFN has a good point too. Although recently we've seen a lot of "lost" names recovered so perhaps this is another one that Hasbro has managed to recover?

I haven't seen the movie yet, but the way you describe it, I think it's a general term NEST used to refer to Arcee's team. If Arcee is going, her 2 lieutenants are sure to follow. But that's my impression based on how you described it.

That's weird too; I mean, who has trademarked the name Moonracer that it would give Hasbro problems?

Yes, but as far as the toys, you can't sell three different cycle transformers all named Arcee. Hence Chromia and Moonracer.

I hope this is true. Hasbro couldn't use the name Moonracer back in 2005 for Botcon. If this is true, then Hasbro has acquired a new name in its trademark registry.

Dead, or just injured? They got shot down, but so did others. If they come back, injured, if they are never heard from again, dead.

It could just have been a case that at the time they had trouble clearing it. Don't forget the Botcon 2005 set was a last minute thing - maybe FP couldn't afford to wait for some names to clear if there were complications.

Or maybe Hot Wheels has it.

No, it was King Moonracer from the Rudolf The Red Nose Reindeer. I think it was Mattel who had the Rudolf license and the Moonracer name.

What does the NEST guy really say, I heard "Arcee twins"... It should be triplets, right?
