Damn, I feel like I should buy Vulcan before I can make my choice, given how tight the votes are!

I'm already 3/5 of the way there with the planet X Dinos (should that be 3/6 with Paddles???.)

Spartan is an awesome figure - but better than Vulcun??! I don't think so.
Vulcun is FIGURE of the year period in ALL categories.

Wow. I guess I shifted subconsciously to an mp collection. I have zero of the figures on this list. What happened? I swear I didn't mean to.

Vulcun was the highlight of the year for me. Despite the seriously strong robot mode, the dino mode is the figure's greatest accomplishment. After one too many grimlocks miss the mark, this one nailed it.

I voted for Read End, but MMC Anarchus should definitely be on the list.

I would put it down to sheer numbers. MMC do cater to a larger audience. In my mind nothing touches Vulcun, besides Genesis, and that's all that matters.

Spartan. I switched between him and Vulcan over and over again before I cast my vote. Both are great figures.

I think this is the first time ever that I chose the same thing as the majority. Spartan is just damn near perfect in almost every respect, and he just feels so good in your hands.

Let's see what I have this year in this category:

    - MMC Spartan
    - MMC Cynicus
    - MMC Anarchus
    - MT Rear End

Honestly, each one of them could be number one. I freaking love them all.
Spartan is like a dream come true, I spent so many hours fooling around with Cynicus, it's a little early for Anarchus but he is love at first sight, as for Rear End... Yeah I went with him. Ok his timing was so good with MTMTE #47, but even without that, he is such an excellent little figure. Straight of the comics, very poseable, and with his overboard... Yeah he's the best.
I just love playing with him.

Voted for Spartan though I actually like Anarchus better. Gcreation Sludge/Grimlock should also been nominated

I have on this list PE Leonidas, FP Volar and IF Maiden. I really wanted to get MMC Commotus. And I want Rear End because of the parts for Cyclonus. Anyway, voted for Leonidas. It's my favorite toy of the year. It's a badass looking bot. Really well executed, phenomenal paint work, extremely well detailed sculpting. Good amount of articulation. It's sturdy enough to the point where I don't fear breakage and it's solid. This is how a $150 figure should be. It's Comparable to the high end collectible stuff from Bandai Japan.

I love Maketoys Rear-End as Tailgate is one of my favorite characters. I even voice him for The Audio Knights Theatre. But, I feel that Vulcan and Spartan are more impressive figures. And between those, I went with Spartan simply due to him having a slightly smoother transformation. This was a TOUGH decision.

[oops, voting ended as I was distractedly typing this up while doing other things]
