That looks awesome. Where can I get that?

Fifth Figure now that breaks the season 1 only rule.
I know I know!! You are Spot On!! There are a lot of affordable set-ups thanks to the digital revolution... and it's something I should probably look into!!
As an alternative to PS, I downloaded GIMP from cnet and I am loving it!! If you are already familiar with PS, it's pretty much a very good clone.
Like Photoshop... GIMP also functions seamlessly with my Surface (another reason I am tapped out financially at the moment). Recognizing that it's not quite TF related (unless there's some TF/Skyrim crossover I don't know about), here's a little something I doodled up in GIMP.
Since it's not TF-Related, it appears as a thumbnail. If your into Skyrim, feel free to click to enlarge. Maybe I will ink up some G1 pin-ups and post them somewhere in the TFW2005 forums. Maybe a DeviantArt profile is also in my future.
But I completely agree!! A light box is not needed!! I even saw a lighting kit that worked with iPhones/Androids!!
Whatever equipment and set-up you are using, the outcome is fantastic!! I love all the shades and tones with the red of MP-10!! And the way you captured MP-36, he's glistening like a MagTen!!
Excellent work Red Wolf!!
It’s from reprolabels Fanstoys Willis I believe
Thank you. Very kind of you to say. Great artwork there yourself! I haven't heard of GIMP. I tend to stick to what I know and what is working for me at the moment. I wish I had my work studio up at the moment. My wife currently commandeered it at the moment in preparation for a huge yard sale in the spring. I would have taken a photo of how simple it is and easy it is to achieve good to great results. Just remember that lighting and positioning of that light is the key.
You'll want shadows to contrast with the hi lights and midtones in your photo. Keep the eye moving and brain working. Practice makes perfect. I learn something new all the time. I have seen some guys/gals take garbage equipment and make a masterpiece out of it. It really is amazing on what can be achieved by the person(s) creating in their environment.
I ordered DX9 Chigurh because my KFC Ditka was tired of being the only triple changer stuck in the glass prison tower that is Detolf.
He kinda looks like a skate / stingray... maybe even a nurse shark.
He is one very stout space shuttle!! However, I don't think I will be able to fit ToyWorld Constructor inside. As you can see, I had problems tabbing the nose section together.
He arrives in train mode, shown below. I think that as alt-modes go, this one is the closest to representing it's intended target vessel. While, shuttle mode was a bit... rotund... in my opinion, train mode actually resembles an old locomotive... maybe one with the Joker as the train conductor... or perhaps the Purple Man.
It took me a while to realize what I was getting in bot-mode. The legs seemed a bit untidy and ugly, the fore-arms were a bit hollow... but when the transformation was finished, it kinda pulled together as one seriously grim looking robot.
Chigurh is not happy to see you.
...not happy at all.
Now it would be astonishing to have come this far with collecting these rather expensive trincates of ABS plastic and die-cast and not have become aware at some point that DX9 also created a counter-part to Chigurh, known as Gewalt. However, as it turned out... I never purchased Gewalt, and went in the direction of KFC's Ditka. Maybe it was the football that sold me... I don't know.
The fact of the matter is, DX9 Chigurh poses pretty well with KFC's Ditka.
Ditka wants to party with you.. Chigurh wants to send you to your maker...
Here's a few group shots for those interested in scale representation.
Quakeblast's arm is a little stiff from being left on Cybertron for 4 million years.
I think he fits in well with the other MP and 3P figures... I wouldn't want to be Bumblebee or Cliffjumper, running afoul of this crew...
But that's a story for another day.

I was a fool with my funds!!
Long story short... Within my household, like many... we have expenses.
However, in the interests of being responsible... my wife and I give ourselves an allowance. We lead by example (for the most part) and for any outings, or hobby like interests (vices, weapons, comics, records, transformers, pops, etc...), we only use the allowance money. The rest is stashed in investment funds "under the mattress"...
For this reason, I am often behind many of us within the TFW2005 on acquiring the latest must have MP or 3P releases.
Well, in my recent purchase of ToyWorld Constructor, I went over my balance by $20.00 USD. Thus, I had some explaining to do.
However, it was also a teaching opportunity. I had to explain the importance of budgeting and how this could have been waaayy worse, had we not adhered to an allowance/budget system.
I was a fool.
That said... somehow I don't think I will be returning the TW Constructor. It would be the right thing to do to set an example... but on the other hand... Naaaaahh.
It's a sad day for science. Stephen Hawking has left us.
PEW PEW PEW!!!
LT KO version?
All of my MP Autobots
This is supposed to be a reconnaissance mission Warpath!
Just stay behind me kaBLAM, little buddy!
At least it’s “Do You Remember Love” Jetfire, since I figure “Holy Lonely Night” Jetfire would stick out a bit much
I loved this part in the comics. Like holy shit he's insane. Glad I can reenact it now.
Did you keep squeezing until there was no longer any reason to squeeze? DID YOU!?
NEITHER DID I!!
Pull over! It is unlawful to carry ordinance on your vehicle form!
A special forces unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit (maybe). These bots promptly escaped from Garrus-9 to the Cybertronian underground.
Today, still wanted by Autobot High Command, they survive as Soldiers of Fortune. If you have a problem... If no one else can help... And if you can find them... Maybe you can hire... The D Team. (Delta Team)
