I've seen a billion threads on LEDs like where to get them and what size to use etc but could you tell me where to get the power supply from? im heading over to Radio shack tomorrow to try and pick some LED's up but i have no knoweledge about where to purchase the on/off switches etc. does RS have those too?

i wanted to order some LEDs off of ebay and i found where but i couldnt find if they also sold the power supplies.

    thanks!

I just use a 2 x AA battery holder on mine, it has a built in on/off switch. I have 4 figures wired into it, 12 leds total and its been going for over 50 hours so far. Its a lot easier than having a switch on each figure.

dollar store toys if you're looking for something quick and cheap and in low #s.
Otherwise, they sell clicker type and switch type switches on ebay.

Dollar tree's got awesome light up tops which have a switch and power supply for a 3mm , wire the rest to that and your good to go.

I second this I used them for my Ravage light-up eye and you get two for a dollar. I plan on buying as many as possible this week.

EDIT: Er....what big hank said. :lol

I'm surprised they have light up toys at my DT. They usually keep the wall filled with water guns and keep the light up and noise makers for Christmas.
