Here is a quick transform test animation of my latest model of the movie version of optimus prime. As you will see, no effort was put into the lighting (as long as its visible is all that mattered for this test). And the background buildings i just quickly built to show a bit of scale. More effort will be put in when i redo this and other animations of this model once i have textured him which i will be doing next. Please let me know what you think of the test anyway.

    Cheers.

Very impressive! you must have a hell of a lot of spare time to put that together.

That is incredible. You definitely have a knack for 3d animation. Out of curiosity how long did that take you?

took about 3 months to build the model to be honest. only took a few days to create that transform test animation (since was only to test the transformation, not a great deal of effort was put into it to be honest). Will be puttin alot more effort into the future animations of him when i finished texturing him. thanks for all comments so far by the way. :)

Hoh-lee shit. That is the most amazing thing I've seen since last month.

And I've seen some pretty amazing stuff since then.

This is one of the most impressive fan made 3D transformations I have ever seen, period.

I'm not exactly the biggest fan of the Movie Optimus design, but I have to say that your model is very well done, and the animation test is very impressive.

    Nice job.
