    I agree completely.
It's one of the reasons why I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Yesterday I was thinking about the scale in 3A figures. 15" for Bumblebee is a bit too much. 17,7 is a scale coefficient (from Optimus' height). And 15" for Bumblebee means that he should be 22' in the Movies, it's too much. Red Goblin's scale says that he's 18' and that pretty match him. Maybe it's because of his wings - 3A measures him with them, but we aren't?

The scale of the 3A figure is not exact.
I believe only Prime & Megatron are to scale. Starscream is too small and Bumblebee is too big.

as far as I know, 3A stated their TF figures as Non-scale, except Sqweeks was 1/6th.

I caved and ordered Optimus. Again it's that damn Bambaland exclusive. I'd really prefer the non red streaked head. I'm not getting Evasion Prime, this new Bee or Squeeks though and at some point I'm selling off my Megatron, so I'm safely out of completion territory. If black 60's Bee happens I'll get him, if they ever manage to get a license that allows for Sideswipe I'll get him. Not sure if there is anyone else I'd grab (hopefully not).

    ;)  Smart decision.
The ability to swap between AOE/TLK Optimus and Nemesis Prime is almost like 3 in 1.

In my opinion, it's the exclusive that counts.
Also, it makes me doubt that there will ever be an official AOE knight Prime. So better to get this one.

Release an AoE Optimus Prime would not make sense, it is the same Optimus Design / Mold in both Movies.

I think they included normal head, because they don't want to make AOE version.

I was going to say that, then it occured to me he spends 85% of AOE with different forarms.

Of course if 3A wanted to go crazy he could come with two sets of forearms and his rifle as well. But that's overkill and I'd just assume not pay the extra for it.

(also for some reason I really don't like the version of that rifle that came with their first Prime)

Actually there is "somebody" on Radicons who has printed a little bit more accurate rifle for DoTM Prime...;)

Weird that 3A didn't make an UltraMagnus white exclusive for their DOTM Prime. All it would require is a repaint.

Also I'd like to get my hands on the Matrix of Leadership. I didn't get the exclusive Megatron and kinda regret it. So it would be great if it is included with another figure.

It would also be nice to have an Allspark, Seed, and Staff to go along with the collection. 3A did already make a control Pillar and Matrix. Though they're all interchangeable "Macguffins" at this point, it would still make for a more complete display in my opinion.
    "Hall of the Witwiccans" styled.

probably due to license, hasbro are very strict with other brand (other than theirs and takara) for transformers license, and since this is movie accurate, and there's no white prime in the movie, they can't make it.

but to be honest, if they allowed to make 1 more DOTM figure, I prefer Ironhide than white prime

    I agree.
Prime 1 is making their GOLD versions of movie characters. So I don't know how the licensing on repaints work.
Either way...I can't get enough of these 3A figures.

Oh, and yes x 10 for Ironhide!

yeah, I don't know how hasbro and prime1 license work, just like the newest teaser from prime1 are onslaught.. it's cool to see onslaught, but to make him the 3rd TLK release from prime1 are a bit weird to me... does hasbro asked prime1 to make onslaught or prime1 asked hasbro for onslaught license?

Yeah, I think some licensing issues factor into it. I'd love it if 3A offered Starscream in his first movie F-22 Raptor camo deco (sans tattoos) but it seems they're restricted to DOTM for that mold.

That's nice. That's very nice. Well done sir!

But at $110, I'm just not sure I care that much (especially when I need to paint it as well- which I fortunately can do). I may pull the trigger. If it's absence bothered me more I would.

    Either way, I am impressed.

Hi guys. I'm really keen on the optimus figure. For those who live overseas and bought direct from the bambaland store before, what's their packaging like? Is there a lot of padding and bubble wrap to protect the retail box? i live in australia and have had boxes with big dents cause they weren't properly packaged. Also, is it trackable?

It comes in a classic shipper box style.
The retail box may get dinged. It's all about your luck on that one.
However, the figure inside is extremely well protected.
