    Exactly.
I'd still buy any and all TF2007 bots.

Whatever is currently going on with the film-verse doesn't affect our plans or the licensing agreements we have with Hasbro and TakaraTomy. Megatron is still slated for this year.

Barricade decision has more to do with budget than anything. If Megatron sells well it makes it easier for me to make a case for the people that hold the purse strings to make Barricade happen.

I would think he'd sell pretty well- everyone seems to be gaga over that design (says the man who may not get him just because my wife will kill me and I don't have the space- unless it's 60's black Bumblebee). :p

    @decemberist
I thought that would be the case.
Plus, people still buy things from movies that came out before I was born.

As for Barricade.... it would be soo awesome!
    Bumblebee needs a rival.

Any plans for a continuation of the Age of Extinction licence? I'm hoping for a Lockdown.

Thanks for scheming in @decemberist! That is reassuring news.

Can you tell us whether Grimlock (scaled with Optimus Prime) is a likely candidate? I realise Dino mode would probably be way too big but robot mode on the other hand ;) ...

As I thought. Thanks for sharing! Any info on a release date for Knight Prime?
Dude I don't think you understand how big Grimlock is...

Movieverse aren't shutdown. With all profit Hasbro getting from Movie toys, it would be equal to insanity. They will reset Movieverse like MB did after DOTM, but not closing it. Be sane, please. Throwing away tons of money after one underperformed Movie (during the bad movie year) and very good toyline - that's highly unlogic. If TFW cryes about the reboot, that doesn't mean the whole world cryes too. Nobody knows about G1 and other TF past series, but everyone knows Michael Bay's TFs:)  And what's good in the repeating the same story in different designs, manner, etc? Movieverse has huge potential to develop. We just need new team and fixing all TF5 errors.

At 4-5 feet tall.... no it would not. That's simply too big. It would be the size of a small man.

Well you don't have to buy it. But I will.

In Star Wars statue collecting there are definitely statues the size of a small man, hell they even do life size statues of certain characters, so why couldn't it be done for Transformers collectors?

Movie Transformers have way way more details and pieces than any star wars character, and also way less broad of an appeal. I hope you get your dream some day, but most likely you'll have to build it yourself.

Oops. I should have said "short person".
My point being; if even Optimus, Bumblebee and Sqweeks aren't in scale with each other, Grimlock will surely not be to scale.
Plus, it would be so big and expensive if it were that maybe only Aussie could afford it.

Either way, my Sqweeks has shipped and should be delivered on Monday.
It looks like Optimus is sheduled for June-July, and Bumblebee for August-September.

Oh it's not just me. Like I posted earlier, many people collect massively sized Star Wars figures (life size, bust, 1/4 scale etc) so there are a lot of people willing to spend big bucks.

I actually think ThreeA messed up by not scaling Bumblebee with Prime...

I was thinking a lot about buying Bumblebee, but after watching AOE that time I decided to skip him:(  And one of the reasons is scale, of course.

To be honest, I would have preferred a more accurate scale too. However; as 3A stated, they can add more detail due to Bumblebee's larger scale.

Additionally, when I have guests over for the 1st time... the first thing that comes out of their mouths is "Bumblebee!"

Yep and that's what I love so much about these 3A figures. They are just such an amazing centrepiece you can't help but look at them.

I reckon 3A's Bumblebee looks great especially with battle mask on. I'm tempted to pick him up anyway. Perhaps I can somehow convince myself that he's not so far out of scale or maybe Quintessa gave him a slight upgrade :)

Are there any side-by-side shots of their knight prime and their TLK Bee?

I'm wondering if this will come out first or UT Challenger. I consider one the definitive version, and one the definitive transforming version.
