    1. Never handled 3A, any worries on the paint wearing off?
    2. Hefty?
    3. Any worries about the build quality?

    9. -1 for no Transformation. :)

But seriously, for what it is, it's tops. I've handled all the 3A TFs since the first Bee, and watched them refine quality over time. First couple felt like you could break it easy if you put pressure wrong, and bits popped off a lot. The last 2 TLK premium figures were much easier to move around naturally and had less kibble pop offs.

This one takes that even further. It's a posing figure, you can move it around at will for the most part without worrying about things breaking. It feels hefty, solid. And the joints are smooth but tight, it holds the pose you put it in, everywhere.

And yes, I do have some shots next to the big ones.

    1. no, not at all.

    2. Yes, weighted well. Especially at the bottom near feet which is great for posing.

    3. No, it's the best yet IMO. Moving and posing this guy all over the place without that pins and needles "OMG DON'T BREAK HIS LEG OFF" feeling.

Couldn't agree more in regards to 3A’s refinement of the figures over the years. Much improved!
Now I'm looking forward to getting my copy even more, this is exactly what I was hoping he was going to be.

What an absolutely beautiful figure. He looks amazing in every single one of those photos.

Still, I’m definitely going to wait for the Premium version. As amazing as he looks, I think I want him in a bigger size. Even if size is the only improvement (plus the sword) then it’ll already be pretty much perfect.

Great pictures BTW. Any pictures with other MP figures for scale comparison; OP, Meg, car bots and/or other? Thanks

Looking forward to getting this also. The only non-transforming figure I own is the DMK OP (model kit)

Wow now I'm even MORE excited for this! Thanks for answering our questions!
He looks like as much fun as the movie was. You're very creative with your poses, too! My last question for now would actually be about the stand: How's the connectivity and solidity?

I wish I could afford this figure. He just looks so dynamic and expressive.

Makes me wish Bandai had the license to do Robot Spirits of the BB Movie designs. I'd love an accurate, highly posable figure that wasn't prohibitively expensive.

Yes, there will be. I have about 125 shots done on this white BG showing angles and poses and close ups and comparisons etc. Going to do the colored light style stuff now, then all will go up together. Just shared a couple early here in the thread.

It's good. It's holding weight in lots of angles, no tip overs even in crazy poses. Didn't seem to have stress at any key points. The connector that goes into Bee's backside has ridges, and you slide it into the end of pole on base where you want it. Like clicky joints, but you aren't supposed to actually click them once in. Depending on the pose, that peg can slide out from weight/gravity.

All this being said, for figure and base - this is a pre-production sample. It was complete, packaged and all that, so very close, but not 100% final. Tolerances on figure and base will be tweaked for final version. Things I'm experiencing may be different once released.

OK, fancy pants round one is done. Will be posting this up in full tomorrow. Go back in for more fun stuff later on. I could mess with this thing for a week solid.

So is this a test sample provided to you? How did you get it....I thought it isn’t released yet? But could be wrong also :)

It is a test sample, review copy from 3A. I think he drops at end of month at retail.

Wow, the scenery and lighting evoke the perfect mood. These are fantastic pictures with my personal favorite being the first one. It makes me want to see the film again.

The figure itself looks great. Man, the range of possibility looks endless.

It's not, it's just a 3.75 inch female figure that kinda looked like her style so I worked it in.
