I think there are supposed to be more reveals next month

 

I'm looking forward to it. Hope it's either Shatter or Blitzwing. Actually I hope it's Shatter. We know Toyworld has a Bitzwing coming. I have no idea if anyone will manage to provide a respectable Shatter or Dropkick. They may not work as screen accurate transforming toys. So that makes a non transforming toy ideal.

Kinda wanting this and a Optimus. Just want prime to be not massive.

And now wondering how 3a is with licenses and remolds. Jeep Bee needs some love.

Supreme Mecha shared an extensive review of Bumblebee by wend98. What an absolutely incredible piece it turned out to be. Really makes me hope that ThreeA does every non-Cybertron character in this line. Well, save for Optimus of course.

I wonder @decemberist will 3A make the knife blade for DLX Bumblebee retrospectively and then make it available for those who have purchased him? Even if they have to pay extra for it I don't think they would mind.

 

I’ve never really paid much attention to 3A before because I’ve never liked a movieverse design enough to pay the costs of a high-end figure before, but Bumblebee filled me with such joy that I’m definitely picking up one.

I love the DLX figure but I’m patiently waiting to see how the Premium looks. I hope it’s revealed very soon; I can’t wait to buy one or the other!

The Prime1 statue’s OK, but I’m really not a fan of the pose and the base doesn’t actually look like anything from the film. I think I’ll be much happier with 3A’s offerings.

 

@decemberist are you allowed to post the digital file of the knife? I was drawing Bumblebee after watching the movie and the stills I found are blurry since Bee's arm is in motion. I just wanted to get top/bottom/side/iso views of the knife to draw it accurately. What I have currently is an approximation but going forward, it would be cool to know how it's actually supposed to look like.

The 3A movie figure is a god send because I was able to get the details I needed rather than refer to the early concept art.

 

Contractually we cannot share any of our assets or files with outside parties. Sorry about that. The blade will be included on the Premium Scale version. The design we were instructed to use is nearly identical to the Prime1 blade.

No plans for the Jeep version of Bee. A Cybertronian re-tool of the DLX is being considered.

There are a lot of plans for characters from this movie in both DLX and Premium Scale.

DLX Blitzwing is next.

Shatter was my favorite after Bee himself. Optimus would be cool to see but I don't feel like I desperately need him as a non-transforming figure. Blitzwing is cool to hear about!
