Exactly what I was going to say. No idea if I want this or not, depends on how cool this space gubbins is in the movie and how cheap the toy gets.
Yeah, the transformation seems interesting, especially those jet feet. The overall toy still looks "meh" to me, though.
I'm noticing that, after transformation, everyone seems to be ending up with Mechtech ports on their backs. I'm not seeing too much in the way of back packs, except for maybe the Dreads/Crankshaft but we haven't seen anything final with them yet. Transformation looks neat. Color me officially interested to know more.
Curious transformation. The smoke stacks actually end up on the legs. That's interesting. Definately looks space-oriented with those jets and the sun-paneling on his cab roof and nose. Would love to see more.
Maybe if the trailer transforms it will attach with mechtech ports? That could cause some interesting options.
well, It's caught my attention a bit more than it did from previous pictures, but not by much.. I still think the figure has gone in the wrong direction...
I think this is quite likely, especially after that voyager plus "with trailer" listing. The way I see it, the cab from G1 Powermaster Prime would've seemed like a step back from G1 Prime. I can accept a level of compromise, if it leads to a good combined mode.
It looks better than before, but I still don't like how they handle him. Maybe if the trailer does something special...
Those panels are very interesting indeed. As suggested he looks very space-ready with solar panels and jet feets.
Yeah. I feel like the latest round of toys has a 'cheap' look to them. The lack of paint and the light-weight plastic makes them seem like a step down from previous lines. Jazz was especially disappointing. But the upcoming toys have the same lack-of-detail look to them.
This times a thousand. I haven't really been disappointed by a transformer in a long while now. But this is just not for me. It would have been easier to swallow if the Two we got for ROTF were not so great. This is only a step backwards. I mean it will be great for the kids, who will finally have a Prime they can transform easily, but it's too wrong for me. The wheels hanging off his arms really kill it for me.
