That's awesome. I see he followed up to his VW Bug transformation... and quite nicely I might add.

Now see, that looks like a Transformer. Of course it doesn't look as good as the movie TFs in action... but it's pretty darn good. Definatly the best original creation (fan made) transforming robot I've seen.

yeah, not to get into the realm of movie talk, but I'd be so much more excited about the movie if the bots looked like that.

This is why the old designs would never work in live action.

Why? It's a good fan-made video, but nothing close to what ILM is doing.

There's way too much transformation cheating involved in this for my tastes.

That was great! I love the Alt style of the bot mode. Way better than Bayformer styling.

Not nearly as much as involved in the movie.

There's plenty of cheating in the movie designs. Imagine this design here given ILM's time and resources, it'd be ideal..I would have been so happy if the Transformers looked more like this.

None that I can see, and thats what matters. On this, the cheating is way too obvious. the robot mode has about three times the mass as the car mode, and an impossible transformation.

From what I can figure there is not a whole lot of cheating going on with the movie stuff, not to mention robot mass seems to match vehicle mass.

Plus the movie stuff just looks so damn real.
