    true, but not nearly as funny if it turns out that is not his 12 yo self. I got a good laugh though. Having said that, the cohesiveness does not mean its fake. Its very easy to edit footage of 2 separate events to make it seem like its in the same time. So it could very be that he recorded himself saying random things and 20 years later make a conversation out of it through clever editing.
