Well, at least people will (eventually) have a way to get these last few Animated toys if Hasbro can't find a way to sell them (retailers have to agree to sell the products before you see them on shelves, and Hasbro can't force them).

Looks like the Wingblade parts will come with the Voyager version of Optimus Prime, judging by the price.

 

Samurai Prowl also costs more than a regular deluxe class figure. I wonder what changes or additions (compared to Hasbro's version) would justify the price hike.

Perhaps the shuriken hub caps will be included for TakTom's release or maybe the sidecar wheel will split in two like on the prototype.

A rather odd pairing since both characters were never shown together in the series. Then again, they're both modern versions of the G1 Primes so I guess it's more of a nostalgia pairing.

 

Wingblade prime is supposed to come with a deluxe size Prime but compatable with the voyager...but theres 'jet pack bumblebee' there at around a voyager price too. Will that be Hydrodive Bumblebee?

 

These information is not settled. I think that a price and the specifications of the article will become clear in future.

Hello! Thank you so much for both the information, and for the hope that these figure might still be released!  

Wait, what's to stop Hasbro from releasing the finished figures through either the Hasbrotoyshop website, or the Collector's club website, or both?

I mean, if the figures are finished, there isn't exactly much point in fighting retailers to carry the products, if they have two perfectly fine, and available outlets to carry them.

Or am I applying logic where I shouldn't again?  



You know, I also really have to wonder what the clear Rodimus and Optimus will be like. Will they be entirely clear, or, still the same colors just in translucent? If it's the translucent, I'll probably have to try and get them!

Also, Hydrodive Bumblebee!  

 

Looks like good news on the Animated front. I would expect Wingblade Prime to cost more in Japan, and "Jetpack Bumblebee" sounds good.

The Autobase thing is interesting. A diorama maybe?

 

Well, I'll be looking forward to more information on all this. It'll be nice if Takara gives us an easier method to get these characters. Arcee was a bitch to find at TRU and while Rodimus is also slater for TRU (though if he's as hard to get as Arcee I'll probably just wait for Takara's release), but it's nice to see Blackout and Wingblade Prime will be seeing a release by Takara.

 

I'm hoping this is true, Wingblade Prime is the last mould I'm waiting on a confirmed release of.

 

I realy hope it doescome out evenin Japan. After all its a God Ginrai homage and any Chogin Masterforce homage is fine by me!

 

For the love of God, PLEASE have these toys be released somewhere. I don't care if I have to pay ridiculous prices for them, I need to complete my Animated collection one way or another.
