    For Bots, I'd have to go with: Trailbreaker ( Pontiac Aztek that's been modified to look more "offroad-ish"), Hound (With a Hummer Alt. mode since I don't think the military uses many jeeps nowadays), And Inferno (fire truck....did I even need to say that)

    For the Cons.... I'd say: Bludgeon (although, IMO, they'd need a new Alt. mode because casual fans might think they just re-named Brawl. Maybe a Swat tank like the Uni. Onslaught toy) Shockwave/blast (No ideas for the Alt. mode) And Galvatron (they could use the same basic principal as the new movie... but combine the sparks of Megs and the Fallen together, add water, stir, and Bam! instant Galvatron.)

    Not for nothing, but I actually feel the same way. I mean, with the choices everyone is making, it seems that they are basing them off of a previous incarnation. And as we all know, all of that goes out the window for these movies.

    Well I think with this thread we're talking about characters we'd love to see heavily based on G1. Even old man Jetfire in this film is inspired by the notion of a Decepticon becoming an Autobot. Maybe someone should start a thread about what stuff we'd like to see transform in the sequel, for original characters with G1 names like Bonecrusher and the Twins.

    Does it really matter? Look back at all the TF2 wishlists there were - how many fans actually got who they wanted this time? Fans wanted classic G1 characters, instead they got Jolt, The Twins, Sideways, The Doctor, a Pretender & Wheelie.

    For Transformers 3, we'll probably get Drillbit, Icepick, Longrack, Signal Flare, Backstop, the BW Happy Meal Manta Ray & Erector.
