Wow... just wow. That's a beautiful custom.

Just imagine if you made a Metroplex! I bet you could almost make it size accurate to the toys!

Yep, just wave your hand in front of his face and his head will move side-to-side about 3 times and speak 4 different quotes from the cartoon at the same time! There are 2 different motion-sensors that trigger this.

Hard to say at this point, but I tried picking him up a little while ago and he's got to be well over 50lbs at this point, will know for sure once I start takin him apart before painting him this week....

Thanks man, there's was a LOT of work and thought that went into this!

Thanks so much man....and as for Metroplex, anything is possible....that guy would take up a lot of space and time to build, but can certainly be done. I know Anemis is working on one now, and there was another guy on here that built one like a display-case for his living-room, was fantastic!

Thanks for checkin it out man! Here's one last little extra I did today:

One last thing I did on Shockwave that I finished today....Artificial gunsmoke! Made this piece out of transparent holiday ribbon and a coat hanger. Sprayed with black and gray primer for the smoke effect. You can leave it in there, or just pop it out at anytime.

Oh man that smoke effect is really cool, and original. I don't think I've seen that kind of thing before.

Epic bot, and the smoke effect is neat, but I was looking at the size of the barrel and was wondering why you don't just fit a clip inside it to hold an incense stick. Simply place an ashtray on the floor beneath it, light up the incense and you'd get a genuinely smoking barrel for about a half hour along with a pleasant aroma as a bonus. ;)

    I concur! :D

I agree, I was dyin to try it when I thought of the concept, was kinda funny how I stumbled on it....after Christmas the holiday-ribbon blew out of somebody's trash out into the street, that's where I found it

Thanks for checkin it out man, I follow your stuff regularly too!

    I like big-bots and I can-not lie....

I have an idea for real smoke, but doesn't involve fire or anything burning...hope to implement that idea into a future project....

Yep, I started out with a single piece to see how it would go over with onlookers, didn't turn out half-bad!

Yep, and simple to make and dirt-cheap! It's just a pain in the ass to glue the hanger in place on that ribbon, wouldn't stay put! :mad

Yeah I was pleased with the outcome too, I think the black and gray in just the right places makes it pop....

Thanks man! It would be even MORE amazing if I could just finish this thing!
