New Joes are awesome, Indy, not so much. What else would you like to see at this scale?

Two words....Colonial Marines. Who owns the rights to this?

C'mon who doesn't want Hicks, Hudson, Apone, Vasquez, Ripley, Gorman, Drake, Snow, hell, why not Kane? Some eggs, some aliens, an APC? Powerloader with queen!

Most of the alien stuff is just to expensive for me.

Cat nailed it. I can't think of anything else I'd want at this size really besides that.

MASK would be awesome provided they do the vehicles. I would love to see a new Thundercats line, or Silverhawks.

21st Century Toys and Blue Box Toys/Int'l have been putting out highly detailed 1:18 WWII, Vietnam and modern era military figs and vehicles for several years now.

21st Century focuses on WWII, Korea and Vietnam, while BBI does mostly modern era, but has started doing WWII era as well. Off the top of my head (most of which I have, some I still wanna get), between the two of them there's a P-51, P-38, P-40, Corsair, Avenger, Messerschmitt Bf-109, Stuka, Zero, F-104, F-86, MiG-15, F-16, F-18, Blackhawk, Apache, Cobra, Huey, M1 Abrams, and a bunch of other WWII era tanks and land vehicles. Most if not all of 21st Century's WWII planes came in multiple paint schemes.

As for the topic at hand, I can't think of anything I'd really go nuts for beyond a full blown 1:18 Aliens line. McF and NECA's 6" stuff has been cool and all, but the lack of Colonial Marines and such for them to munch on kinda sucks. That and the only way we'll ever get anything more than the Action Fleet APC and Dropship is in a 1:18 scale line.

My big problem with a lot of those 1/18 scale military figures is that most of them don't seem to have any lateral hip movement.

I've recently started kitbashing 25th Joes into variations on some of my comic characters. Most of them are getting guns from Marauder Gun Runners.

Marauder makes a clone of the Colonial Marines' Pulse Rifle, for you kitbashers.

Mattels DCU stuff is coming in 3 size classes. 6 inch ML style DCUC with the BAF's. 2 inch stuff in the style of Star Wars unleashed. And 3.75 inch DCU figures, similar to the JLU stuff. But with better articulation. Prototypes were shown at the NYCC, leaf through it's coverage you might find pics.

Thanks for the info,I googled and found the adam strange figure, it lacks a lot of articulation, I was expecting it o be like the newest star wars figures. I'll wait for the major characters to come out, but they are definately a must buy.

Their articulation seems to be on par with 80's GI-Joes and the like. And don't forget Star Wars figures don't have a standard number of POA.
