What if Hasbro released 3 3/4 inch non-transformamble Transformer figures in the style of Star Wars, Marvel, and Indiana Jones...? Would you buy them?

I'd be more apt to buy Hybrid series figures... weren't they 3 3/4?

Probably not. I prefer my Transformers to Transform.

    For the most part no.

Would it be movie series? Animated? Universe? G1? Beast Wars?

Nah. I think Hasbro's gone as far as they want to into the realm of non-transforming Transformers. The sales of Robot Replicas, Robot Heroes and Mighty Muggs aren't good enough, I think, to warrant the creation of a new line in the same vein.

I just think that they would have such a niche audience that sales wouldn't justify the manufacturing costs. Remember their target audience is kids, and kids want Transformers that transform.

While I love my 3 3/4" figures, I gotta say no. I'd rather my TF's transform & be out of scale as opposed to the ohter way around.

I voted no but I realized I might be inclined to buy some depending on the character. Grimlock or any Dinobots would be bought.

I think I would. Especially if they were to do Hall Of Fame figures. It'd be a good way to get figures made of the Hall Of Fame inductees IMO.

I forget how tall they are, but I would love more Revoltechs. The five we have are awesome and I keep hoping we'll see more.

Nah. They'd either end up like robot replicas or action masters, and neither would sell well.

Now, TFs that could interact with a 3 3/4 line, however...

Nopers. It was the TRANSFORMers that I fell in love with as a kid, and enjoy to this day

Now this I could be on board with!

No they are pretty close to 3 3/4"

I voted no to 3 3/4 inch figures, but if you said 6.5 inch figures done up like Marvel Legends with their bot modes in accurate scale to each other then I would have said Yes :)  Oh can you imagine how cool the BAFs could be; Superion, Devastator, Omega, Bruticus, etc.

Good God, you've posted that exact same statement 3 times today.

I voted no. Scouts being the exception (and even then I think they're taller than 3 3/4"). Revoltechs are roughly 4", but are non-transforming action figures and my understanding of the original question was about 3 3/4" transforming figures.

Some of the G1 Autobots were nice at that size, but nowadays I definitely want the level of articulation without compromising design that we get out of today's Deluxe class.

No, but if they were that size and transformed I'd buy a bunch. The Hybrid Convoy is only about four inches and it's one of my favorite (being Prime doesn't hurt either) TF's; and one of the more pose-able & detailed I have. I'd be a big fan of line like the Hyrbid.
