Looks like a mix of Bay-BB and WFC-BB.

If that's the final CG, it looks like more effort has gone into it than in Energon, at least. I'd like to see more!

 

I was soooooooo ready for something DIFFERENT.

Motha F'er better be bad ass! Cause I'm SO tired of looking at this movie crap! So I guess the final nail is in, WFC has nothing to do with TF: Prime and their still rocking the Animated style as I said.

Interesting  I'll see where this goes, could end up being better then animated maybe more for an adult fanbase.

 

I am trying to be excited but now they will have another excuse to repaint the movie BB again and again....

 

I love the movie style....in the movie. I'm not sure how I feel about this watered down movie mold. I hope this is like animated where the story/plot trumps the animation.

Not bad - he looks better than movie BB IMO. Wish he didn't have that stupid S&M gagball on his mouth... Why can't Bumblebee just talk?

Anyway, looks like more stylized and appealing than the movieverse, but very real 3D and realistic - way more so than animated. Kinda like the Star Wars Clonewars thing...

Hope the animation is okay. I hear it's being done by Polygon Pictures in Japan - though the main artistic work is first being done in the states by Hasbro's own studio.

 

As someone else stated it looks like they just merged the movie BB with Animated. Personally I'm bored with the first and never liked the second. I was really, REALLY hoping for some kind of continuation of the WFC or Universe/Generations aesthetic.

I know I can't make a judgement call on the entire series based on one pic, but IMO this isn't a good sign. For me anyway.

 

Looks like is movie-inspired, not really the same style. Reminds me more of Transtech/Beast Machines than Movie, TBH.

Though BB's design itself is unmistakeably (sp?) movie-inspired.


I, too, was really hoping for something more different. But I'm going to wait until I see some more of this show than just a third of one design.
