That F-22 mode is fat and stubby. Looks like if you take his legs off he'd be roughly the right thickness.
Wow, not nearly as kibbless as we were led to belive by peeps who commented on the botcon pics they saw but can't blame them, memory plays tricks on us all. Pretty sweet all told, not as bad as Jetfire from the side but he'll still spend most of his time in bot mode regardless. P.s. Thank you Yizhi for good pictures like these that show us the size and such of the toys.
Jet mode looks nice from the top, but suffers the same curse as pretty much every other TF jet mode from the side & underside. Still liking it a lot, but as Fort Max said he'll be spending most of his time in robot mode.
It is kibbletastic, but at least it looks pretty well integrated. Nowhere near as bad at Jetfire or TF1 Voyager SS
Let me see, what should be better, a decent vehicle leader with awesome robot mode, or a slighty better voyager with ass robot mode. Tough choice!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOT. Leader is THE Starscream.
This is true. (Thank Primus) And while it does have a bit more kibble than the Voyager, it's still no where near as bad as many other jets. And at least the were able to get most of it to somewhat form underneath as part of the jet mode's underbelly. A for effort.
Hmm. i'm not a fan of the grey plastic they're using on ROTF, it looks nasty but... is one colour of plastic cheaper than another? or are we now just in the realms of the "shitty cheap neon" plastic TrueFans assure me everything post-g1 was made of? i'm not a dedicated transfan so i'm not really au fait with plastic politics.
LOL. I think CB was more than likley referring to the color choice of gray that was used, instead of heading towards a more "silvery" area. A Cool gray would be much more preferred and most Transformers, as opposed to a Warm gray.
