Springer & Octane.....It's defintely a maybe for me after I get Encre Bruticus, Cassettes #2 & #3, and possibly, the KO Reflector.

RA & SS, I will pass. I have real reissues of those...

 

I'm still waiting for blue Bluestreak.

 

Wow the KO guys are keeping busy. This in addition to Sunstreaker and Bluestreak which were just announced last week. Too bad shipping is so damn much.

 

Sunstreaker was announced like a year ago, bluestreek has been months now. Not sure why they picked sideswipe and redalert.

 

Maybe the KO sideswipe will have better paint then the Hasbro Version. I looked at my Hasbro SS reissue and the damn paint is chipping everywhere!

 

The Red Alert and Sideswipe are just TRU reissues I think. I haven't heard of them being KO'ed. Octane and Springer will be released by the end of July, Sunstreaker soon after that. But I wouldn't be suprised if it will take longer or suddenly we are seeing a whole other TF being KO'ed. Sunstreaker was planned to be released for more than a year.
Oh well, we'll see.

red alert and sideswipe dont make any goddamn sense. they're still available as reissues, and not for that much money, either.

 

If they would just do a better job with the paint, plastic, and construction... then we wouldn't CARE if they were knockoffs!!!

I can actually remember the first time I said "Transformers are starting to suck"... it was 1986, I was ten, and it was the first time I saw Springer on the shelf at Lionel Playworld.

Well, without stirring up a hornests nest, technically it would be a reissue. It's better that than to think it's the original toy, right? Of course to reissue something, wouldn't you have had to issue it the first time?

I'd take a blue Sideswipe and a pink Red Alert...but I never get what I want, so no money from me.  

Not interested in the other 2, even with a different color scheme.

 

I love how they stole the pics, and eitehr cropped out or blurred out the watermark.

Releasing Sideswipe/Rde Alert is just stupid.

 

This is more a replica than a reissue, as they didn't issue it in the first place.
