Yea. Prime is broken, and I need some help repairing him. Thing is, I have no idea where to begin.

    Here's what needs repairing:

Left leg: A wheel broke off, and his toe broke off at the joint. These parts appear to be needing glue. Now, what can I do to repair broken plastic?

Right leg: well. The entire leg popped off. It goes back in, but it doesn't want to STAY in. No parts seem to be broken.

I want to salvage this prime if at all possible. I don't want to go out and buy another - they are becoming expensive (compared to the $40 I spent originally)

I know some of you have kitbashed prime, and may have experience in taking him apart and putting him back together!
    Thanks for any suggestions!

for the leg can we see a pic? but as far as the wheel goes try gorilla glue. its stronger than superglue on plastic. hope all goes well mp prime is my favorite tf. you can find gorilla glue at home depot, ace hardware. pretty much any hardware store.

Was this from heavy use? After my RID X-Brawn's "big arm wheel" just fell off, I'm kind of concerned about the aging of my TFs.

Good luck on fixing those parts! Sorry I don't have any tips.

And this wasn't from heavy use. It fell about a good 6 or 7 feet, I think one of my wife's cats knocked it off. They are evil.

    that darn cat

for that footjoint id recommend trying either sanding plastic to match broken peice or drilling a hole on both sides and puting a small stick tube to help support the glue job. bye the looks of it you might wanna try sanding down a matching peice though. is the cat still with us?

for the leg joint try giving a light coat of hardening nail polish it doesent rub off and forms a hard seal with might keep its original tightness

well... i'm not sure what to do with that leg joint. it seems like it doesn't want to lock back in... it fits in pretty nice, but I can pull it off again with little effort.

I'd go with the new parts offered, as fixing all that would take drilling and steel pins, and I can't see glue alone holding all that together.

The hip joint looks chewed up on the inside. Not sure what could fix that, maybe try switching it with the other side? It's worth a shot.

Actually, it's not as bad as it looks in the pic. Macro mode seems to make flaws more glaring than it really is. It seems that the hip joint has to lock in somehow... but it escapes me on how it's done. Any one with a suggestion on how? And how would I go about popping the other leg off? I'm afraid it may break on me.

Napjr. how much for those sexy legs?

I'm trying to remember: was that scene real? did the fab 5 broke a MP Prime?

Hi, all... it's been about a little more than a month since I've posted this.

I was able to fix the broken ball joint with Gorilla Glue. Able to be purchased from Home Depot or Lowe's, it's pretty good and holding up well. Only thing is that I couldn't get the spring to go back in, so it's out. Doesn't make a whole lot of difference so far. I'm still not sure what to do with the hip joint, it still pops out. But that's easily hidden, and now Prime is in a safer place (a display case).
