I recently got the 20th Anv Ops and one of his legs does not lock into place very well in robot mode. So he tends to tip over very easily.

Has anyone else experienced this, or can offer a solution to tighten it?

    Thanks.

I think alot of people have. I would say 1) return it get another or 2) buy a trailor from bbts or justitoys or where ever like. and get the Orginal MISB 20th that came out a few years ago. The second one is what I did.

The left knee of my Masterpiece Ultra Magnus is a bit on the weak side, but it doesn't prevent him from standing; it just doesn't lock as easily as the right.

When I got my Masterpiece Convoy, one of his legs did not lock at all. The "gas tank" release switch would not even catch. I was pretty pissed at first. But then I used a small screwdriver to tighten the screws on the blue metal section of that leg, and it has been perfect ever since. You may want to try it.

If anything, those gas tank locks are a bit too tight on mine.

I notice mine had that problem too. Though it's not much of a problem. He stands fine, you just can't push down on him cause it collapses without pushing in the tank.

My Prime's gas tanks are well tight, he needs a bit of effort to pull them legs out.

But what's more annoying is that his hips don't seem to ratchet properly, and every now and then his right leg falls off. Clicks back in easy enough but will happily fall out again after a while.

Any tips for that? I've taken his hip assembly apart and put it back together and couldn't see anything obvious that would cause it.

The gas locks on mine or so freaking tight it's annoying. Sometimes it's almost impossible to get the legs extended out again.
