Huh, for Starscream, I actually prefer the Cyberverse Starscream design. I can't get over the robo-boobs on the Evergreen.

She's an alien geishabot, it's just so distracting and breaks immersion.
I wouldn't mind if they had a context for it, like she paints her face on earth or something because she likes the culture.

come on, the lengths they go to explain or justify things, like shockwave's one-eye being a punishment?
That just ruins the fun.

 

I think it was kind of brilliant though, it also informs us on other characters by showing instead of telling. Transformers has been known to be lazy with its story telling and explaining characters. I think it was a good choice.

not really, they both have to do with humanization.
windblade looks like she knows human culture, and empurata tells us that transformers are all supposed to look more human normally
