Just got mine in the mail today.

He is missing the turbine/landing gear from the left side of his chest.

Emailed TFCC, waiting for response. Hopefully they kept a few spares to replace defective ones.

    Anyone else have issues?

I wouldn't know, mine hasn't shown up yet even though I ordered within the first our of them going up.

I can feel your pain though. I just yesterday found out my SG Thundercracker has two left hands.

Nothing wrong with mine. Just had to push the wings in a bit more and it's just fine.

That's unfortunate. My Ramjet and Cheetor are both fine.

Nothing wrong with mine. Having said that, TFCC is VERY good at taking care of the customers. They do keep these on hand specifically to fix issues like yours. Be patient - they will get back to you, and will fix it. Also, sometimes emails get lost, so call the number on their website - it's in the club store section. They are always quite friendly and helpful on the phone.

Bottom line - don't worry or stress about it.

The G2 Ramjet I received this week was defective as well (hard to describe, but his neck joint protrudes and is too long to transform properly). I'll have to shoot them an email too.

They don't seam to wan't to do anything about the extra $17 they charged me in shipping, using no packing material and a box that wasent tall enough for my figures to fit into.

They ignored my question about packing material and the small box and tried to say I under paid for shipping.

The G2 Ramjet I got from them (actually received it in mid-June) has two right hands. Unfortunately I only noticed that yesterday when I finally had time to play with it. I sent an inquiry to them via email, but may be in the market for a "junker" that has a good left arm/left hand I can "transplant" if they can't do something.

They're pretty damn good about assembly issues in my experience, but you've gotta alert them quickly before they run out of spares. Only thing I know they won't do anything for would be minor paint flaws/scratches/etc.
