    WHAT? Blackout is that small?

This is an outrage Hasbro! I demand Blackout get a supreme-sized fig!

Awsome pix but that blakout fig should be MUCH bigger!
I'm getting a little tired of the decepticons getting shafted all the time.. obviously they're the bigger badder tougher characters and they always get the bitch class figs... i know hasbro makes more money off of the autobot figs with the kids and all but its supposed to be an underdog story with the smaller weaker autobots prevailing in the end... why cant the toys reflect that.. just once...

    Damn... Ironhide looks Grrreat...

My favorite toys so far: 1st Ironhide, 2nd Starscream, 3rd Ratchet/Barricade/Jazz/Brawl/Prime

Well, if you put LOC Bumblebee next to him, the scale should work out just right.

Blackout -and- Brawl both deserve Leader/Supreme sized toys. One hopes the future will handle that. :D

My only complaint is the size...and the size is fine. I'd love a Leader type toy, but I'd kill for a big old Blackout MP/Alt.

He's surprisingly posable for a figure with so much back kibble; very stable. Not as much so as Ironhide, but pretty damn good. Excellent range of movement on all his major joints.
As for Scorponok... well. He can either sit there and not do much, or attach to Blackout's forearm. He doesn't really do anything, but it's a nice extra to have.

I suppose it's not too bad. It's a lot smaller than some people I know claimed. I still won't be picking it up anytime soon.

Your loss, frankly. He's one of the best figures I've bought in years.

Yeah the size ia a bit disappointing. There's no reason why they couldn't have kept them all roughly to scale if they hadn't abandoned the Ultra size class. If they made Prime, Brawl and Bonecrusher as Ultras, and Megatron, Blackout and Starscream 'Super' (as it was before it got relabelled 'Leader Class' which wouldn't really work there) then all the figures would vaguely be in proprtion to each other. It looks like they got it right with the deluxe and voyager cars, so it's a shame they couldn't keep the rough scaling throughout, especially with brawl and bonecrusher and deluxes, or the leader class brawl who'll be too big compared to SS and Blackout.

Hey Draven - when Ironhide's in vehicle mode, is he about similar in size to the other Alts? I'm kinda figuring he's not exactly "in scale," but that don't bodda me.
