I'm trying to emulate the 1985 catalog but for RID. What do you think of this test shot? Anything to improve on?

Also, for the RID Car Brothers, I've planned to use the RID versions in vehicle mode and CR versions in robot mode since there are no obvious differences between them in robot mode. However do people think it would be better to have the CR versions in vehicle mode since they don't have the Autobot symbols and X-brawn/Wildride's headlights aren't changed?

Would it be better to be more "accurate" to the real life vehicles? or more "accurate" to Hasbro's RID toys?

Ok, I recognize that crazy "I must run fast to win" Autobot but who's the other?
    It's a nice start.

Skid-z(Japan: Indy Heat) is the "must run fast to win" guy, Towline(Japan: Wreckerhook) is the other guy, the "must tow every parked car" guy.

Looks pretty nice. But I definitely think you should have the CR bots in vehicle mode since they're almost all more accurate to their vehicle mode.

They're more accurate to the real life vehicles, but the RID versions are accurate to the RID toys.... and it's a catalog of RID toys... wouldn't that be better? I'm not sure, just looking for more of a reason for either option. I know the CR toys are more like the real life versions but WHY would that be preferable for a catalog of RID toys?

Gah. You're right. I was thinking about the whole "accuracy" thing backwards.

    Nice.

I hope there's going to be a toy based battle scene as well.

    Question:
Do you have duplicates of all the figures or is that just the magic of photoshop?

    Battle scene.... working on it...

And there's no photoshopping there, it's RID & CR figures, notice for instance the non-tinted windows on Prowl's robot mode(it's Mach Alert)

    Looks good dude!

You must have spent a lot of time getting those pebbles in its precise position for your 1985 Style catalog.
