This is Hot Rod based on the M.A.R.S. Chevy Belle Air mold. This is not turning out the way I had originally planned. I disassembled and cleaned the entire figure. Then I base coated the car parts in white. Then I did 2 or 3 coats of red. The front and rear bumpers were painted gloss black and then repainted in chrome. Robot parts were done in black and then dry brushed. Added details and exhaust pipes. The head is from some cheap piece of junk I found at Big Lots and I had to remold it. The chrome on the front bumper cracked, The yellow does not cover evenly. The head is too big for the body and I had to make some modifications inside. I plan on doing flames based on the G1 figure. Right now my printer is out of ink. I am not happy with how it turned out. What do you think I can do to fix some of these issues that the pics show?
