This is a knife my wife found when she was little it was brought to my attention a week ago doing some spring cleaning. I have been trying to find a value for it and have even tried to list it on e-bay. It was pulled from e-bay soon after listing it because of the knuckle part of the knife. I received several e-mails immediately after I list it with several offers to purchase it. I would like to get a good value from it and not rip anybody off in the process. Hoping to buy some nice TF's with the money I make off of it. I have tried google and joined some sites but no one wants to help me out. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

Try listing it on Gunbroker.com or something like that. Lots of knife aficionados on there.

Hey dude, have you ever seen "The Last Castle?"

You totally remind me of a character in that film. I can't remember his name, though.

The character played by James Gandolfini? I think it was Winters or something?

EDIT: Col. Winter. I was right.

    Yeah, that's that one!

Especially that one scene with Redford's character looking at his collection.

I found the actual dialogue I was thinking of:

It does not appear so although it is quite rusted.

True what you are saying is correct. I am not saying she can not get something as well, but she was going to toss it out in the trash with all the other junk. I told her I would like to do some research before we toss it to see if it would have any value in it rusted condition.

Your just saying that you should be able to by toys with the war relic that is her own possession? Just because you told her it might be worth something doesn't mean you get in on the action. Sell it, give her the money and maybe she'll buy you something nice to say thanks, or just because...
