So My work is having a weight loss competition which ends in May. It's $10 per entry, the winner takes all the cash. The goal is to lose as much body percent as you can,the equation to get that is total of pounds you lose, divide by your start weight, times 100...There are 30 entries so far,but thats only,(alternating shifts)day-1 shift and night-1 shift, day-2 shift and night-2 shift still haven't entered(today is there entry day) so thats $300+ I can win!! Last year they said the winner lost 9%(18 pounds),so I know I can win! wish me luck! any suggesions to lose weight besides starving and sewing up my mouth is welcomed!

Eat nothing but fruits and vegetables, drink only water and black coffee. Don't forget to exercise.

Eat a massive meal before the weigh-in.

Take a massive dump before the final weighing.

    Head start FTW...

Hopefully this year I lose some weight. Last year I spent 9 months in marathon training, lost 4 inches around my belly and more everywhere else, and finished the race! But building all that muscle in my legs and core, I only lost 5 pounds. :lol

This sounds miserable and not worth 300 bucks to me. Just my opinion.

I gained 50 pounds after I stopped smoking, as soon as things die down at work and I'm not working 12 hours 7 days a week I'm going to start hitting the weights again.

I was gonna cut my long hair but I waited for the weigh in,I went in with my hair wet..lol..I weight 262,which is heavy but I'm 6'2 so it doesn't look to bad,man cutting soda is probably the the thing that is gonna be miserable for me,I love my soda! I'm planning to lose 20% which is 52.5 pounds....
