So thats the date that this website say there were the most people online here; can I ask what went down that day that caused so many people to be on? I have not seen a number close to it since Ive been a member

 

I would assume its when something to do with the 07 movie came out, possibly the reveal of Prime's design.

 

I see that on forums all the time. Sometimes it is a unbelievable number, and may never understand how THAT many people were online that same day.

 

I believe some TF movie pics showed up. Some of the first good pics of the bots that were subsequently removed due to a request from Paramount.

 

What I want to know is...did they have the "please try back later" screen...

I wasn't around then, but I'd imagine that because this site has had to undergo some server upgrades, navigating this site back then during that rush must have made navigating it today during SDCC times look like nobody came here anymore.
