That is the only place I have found the single releases of Primal and Megs and, IIRC, the 2 pack is a TRU exclusive.

Get the two-pack Toys R Us exclusive. Much better molds, and worth the money.

Amazingly, my local TRU has stocked nothing outside of a SHEDLOAD of CDR Red Alerts and Mudflaps as far as boxed Transformers in months, except for the 10th Anniversary Beast Wars, which they seem to just roll right through. They 10th Anniversary new mold Megs and Primal showed up last weekend. Grabbed Megs, ignored that fugly Primal. Even though I think it's the paint killing that mold, and I love repainting molds, once I saw it in person I just couldn't bring myself to spend the money on it.

If the two pack is identical to the Takara released one as far as molds, it's SO worth it. Those molds are terrific.

As far as I know, they're identical and yes, well worth the money.

Honestly the Deluxe Primal isn;t that bad, the robot mode is much better than the monkey mode.

Yep. Mostly because the colors in monkey mode suck. I think I have too many in my repaint queue to worry about the monkey.

I may consider the brown repaint though. That one looks pretty decent.

Yeah the colors are definitely different. I think it would have been better without the grey beard and highlights...but overall it has grown on me quite a bit.
