I would think it is probably a rehash of his previous one. The first one had roughly 250 pages. This one supposedly has 288 pages. Awesome news though if you don't have the first one.

Mine, too. I'm looking for something handy to have around. It's a bit morbid, but if anything were to happen to me my wife wouldn't know one from the other and might give it all away for free!

Not exactly news, it's been available on Amazon since November.

Still pretty excited to get it.

You're probably right. Maybe updates to the pricing ranges too.

I didn't realise the original one was hard to find, I really should put it in my sales thread someday then :)

This is old news, how did it get front page? I've had this on preorder since October.

Mark's past updates to books have been pretty much required reading. I had his first GIJoe book and debated for a minute on the second one. But then I realized how much work he put into creating a worthwhile update and am really glad I got it. I think both versions of his Joe book are $70+ now.

It will more then likely be worth it to anyone collecting G1 to pick up.

Definitely a fan of his other book. That and the Alvarez one for Japan and European figures go with me to all major toy shows and BotCon.

Quick reference for making sure all pieces are there, etc.

Hadn't heard about this yet, and it looks right up my alley, so I just pre-ordered it.

That's certainly some epic G1 Megatron triggercrotch action on the front cover! A photo at any other angle would've been better than that!

I hardly think any of the crowded shelves cell phone pics that show up on this site compare to professional detailed pics of a single figure and its accessories.

Hmm... is this the guy that keeps his toys like junk in a warehouse with no temperature control?
